I adopted a little rescue that had on lead reactivity/aggression. I saw results within 2 sessions! I was thrilled! And I am really looking forward to what the next few sessions brings! Best thing I've ever done for my dog and myself.

My dog Charlie was timid, scared of people, would not sit and stay and hated walks in case she encountered other dogs. We took her to Barkers In Balance and now she loves walks, befriends every person she meets and thrives on attention. Best of all, she started doing tricks!

I will be forever grateful to the amazing team from Barkers in Balance! My little puppy was cute, but his behaviour was a real issue. So far we have attended puppy class with Emma, good manner 1 with Mel and had an in home training session with Julie. The difference is Ziggy is amazing! The entire team at BiB are awesome—caring, dedicated, professional. Classes are so much fun. BiB have also helped with my older rescue dog. I would not trust anyone else with my boys.

I adopted a rescue dog at 4 months old. He has a lot of social and general anxieties and fears, and the team at Barkers have been so helpful. They have been able to tailor each class so we can work through it at our pace and our own distance, and have helped me understand how I can better help my dog, not just in public, but at home too. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone struggling with a difficult dog, or wanting to better understand and communicate with thier dog. :D

My beautiful Occy was one of Julie's first customers. He was a rescue dog that a a problem with being on a lead and would growl bark at other dogs and almost pull me off my feet. Julie gave us heaps of great advice, we followed exactly what she advises us to do with him. We ended up with a well behaved doggy we could take anywhere and loved to interact with other dogs no problem. Sadly we have now lost Occy but I will for ever thankful to Julie for helping us helping us with his issues. I would certainly recommend her to anyone.

Julie was amazing :) She knew just what to teach us and how to make us feel that we were doing the right things even if they were wrong so you never felt silly in any way. My puppy is better for going to Barkers In Balance and I would reccomend this service to anyone. The interaction with the other puppies and the way we learn to teach them is just wonderful. I took my labrador to Barkers in Balance puppy school in Shoal Bay and couldn't have been happier with their tips and training. Julie is so knowledagble and patient.
