Barkers In Balance is a dog training business run by invested and experienced dog trainers led by Julie Tolliday. Our pup Bella attended the puppy training program and we were highly impressed with the knowledge and understanding Julie and her team displayed. They were supportive, encouraging and very professional. We still use the strategies BIB provided us with because they are highly effective.
