At Headspace Rockhampton, we know life gets tough sometimes. Which is why we are here to you through any of life's difficulties, including work and study. Our programs and support systems are designed for young adults aged 12 to 15. We also provide assistance to parents who are looking for advice on behavioural changes, or help broaching touchy subjects. Whether you are having trouble at home, at school or with your own mental health, we are here to help. We can help you with strategies you can put in place during times of depression, anxiety and stress to help get you through. Searching for work or setting up career and study goals can be difficult.
