My haircut was OK not terrible, i was recommended by a friend and thought I’d support a very small business. Wash/blow dry was ok besides the fact that water was going everywhere, more of a last minute fit me in.
So I wrote a review on Google regarding the owner of La Mode making me feel really uncomfortable regarding the way she spoke to her staff and other clients, belittling their choices, making faces to the staff and other clients when her client requested something she didnt think would look good, taking many personal calls while she was meant to be taking care of a client, arguing with staff.... did Rachel offer an apology or try and make it right? Nope, she posted her own review to counter act my poor review! I didnt even mention that her apprentice who had only been enrolled at an actual school for a week burnt my ear to the point of blisters while blow drying my hair (I dont blame her, she looked miserable being there and was doing the best with what she had) or that her senior hairdresser missed a sizeable chunk of hair when cutting my hair.... I have been sure to let anyone know who will listen how horrible the whole experience has been!
