The women here are lovely and always do an excellent job. I was 20 minutes late to one of my appointments through no fault of mine, however they courteously fitted me in when I arrived, with no indication that I had inconvenienced them, which I am sure I had. That’s customer focused service, something sadly lacking in many places in Coffs Harbour.

Massive thank you to Leah, who did an amazing cut & colour on my hair... changing from blonde to brown balyage. So, so happy with the end result! Leah was lovely, & so professional keeping what was best for me in mind whilst still achieving a look I wanted. So caring & passionate about her work. Thank you again!! Highly recommend
