I have been looking for a builder that could renovate our bathrooms to a high standard. And I am very happy to have found Darren, as he has done a fantastic job. Darren and I discussed the layout and materials, and his quote clearly broke down the build stages and timeline. Darren was upfront about the possibility that some restoration work might also be required. I knew that this was likely. We discussed each issue as he came across them, and all additional work was costed clearly, so that all throughout the build I was kept up to date on the scope of the job. I would recommend Darren in a heart beat, and I will be using him for all future work. Tom came to assess the job and gave valuable advice on how to fix the problem (which was a little complex) and a timeline of when he could attend. He and his team arrived on time and carried out the work with minimum of fuss. Additionally they were very kind in fixing an issue that we had previously and had not realized. I have been looking for a builder that could renovate our bathrooms to a high standard. And I am very happy to have found Darren, as he has done a fantastic job. Darren and I discussed the layout and materials, and his quote clearly broke down the build stages and timeline. Darren was upfront about the possibility that some restoration work might also be required. I knew that this was likely. We discussed each issue as he came across them, and all additional work was costed clearly, so that all throughout the build I was kept up to date on the scope of the job. I would recommend Darren in a heart beat, and I will be using him for all future work. It was a great experience, from beginning to end, and If you are considering engaging Darren, I could not recommend him highly enough.
