I would highly recommend Dan from Renovations & Restorations for his skill and attention to detail. I have had a few tradesmen work on my Victorian house and it's a little wonky with age. But Dan understood the original building techniques used and how to work within those constraints. Unlike other tradesmen, he actually cleans up and takes away the rubbish left. Extraordinary! He far exceeded the others in both quality of service and workmanship.

Dan Whitmore is a true professional and he gets the project done with no mess, fuss or delays. We needed a new deck and through this website, we arranged for him to build it for us and do some renovation work. Simply, job well done! Dan provides excellent advice and everything has worked out really well. It is not often that you come across a tradesman that delivers on all fronts but he certainly does. He takes pride in his work.
