We have been involved with raw living and whole foods for many years now and we describe our general approach as �balanced raw�. All of our own products are handmade in limited batches in our commercial kitchen and small factory in the back blocks of Kirra on the Queensland/NSW border. We hold our raw food preparation classes and workshops at Kirra Cultural and Community Centre in Garrick Street, Coolangatta (on top of the hill at the Kirra Lookout).
