For example, our Eggplant Parmigiana with artichoke, goat cheese and mushroom sauce has guests drooling as it arrives at the table. Our array of mixed canapes never fails to impress. Canapes include deliciously light 'Stilton Puffs', a fragile mouth morsel of blue cheese, preserved lemon zest and finely chopped walnut wrapped in soft pastry.
