We recently, and very suddenly lost our absolutely adored and loved Roxee🤍 I know Benita through a friend and immediately called her, hoping for help and guidance on how to handle our very emotional time. Benita was simply amazing❤️ giving us (Roxee’s mum and dad and 4 siblings) all the guidance, support and respect we needed. Two specific things that sticks in my memory is her saying ‘don’t worry Sam, we will look after her for you’ and ‘I’ll let you know when she is back with me’. I knew our beloved Roxee was being treated in the way we hoped she would. Such a hard time for us all, but, Benita, thank you so very very much. Roxee and her family are forever grateful ❤️ I am crying writing this

From the initial enquires about funerals, I found this company extremely professional. Kain was the person we dealt with,returning our calls promptly answering any questions we asked. I cannot speak highly enough of A GENTLE TOUCH. They definitely lived up to their name. All our requests were carried out with kindness and compassion making our day so very special.
