The owner responded to our email same day and quoted, based on photos I provided. After contacting him and arranging to take the piece and my fabric to him, he revised the quote slightly down. The recovering was done in 3 days and was a very good job. I picked it up today and am very happy with the result. The fabric I provided was cut thoughtfully so that I a good amount was left for cushions or a table runner. Thanks Albie

Absolutely shocking service!!!!! Dropped in on September 10 to have a car seat wedge and a backseat cushion made. Jaan was more than happy to help and assured me they would be done and ready for pick up on the Friday. When I showed up on Friday he apologised and promised they would be done that day and he would leave them outside behind the bins for me to pick up no later than the next day, as he was leaving for a 10 day Holiday. No product was left for me. When I rang Jaan he told me a colleague would have my order ready that week. Again nothing. This went on a few more times, then finally the wedge was made. It was 100mm too long and 80mm too wide. I tried it for a week but it was useless. When I returned the product, Jaan assured me he would fix it soon. Not done. In Oct I asked for a full refund. Jaan agreed but said he would charge me for the wedge. A product that is useless. I still have not received any money despite providing bank details. Now time for consumer affairs!
