I don't doubt their knowledge and experience but best to get a full written assessment and quote on work to be done, then get a second opinion especially on a tight budget, I saved myself spending $2020 on extra unnecessary parts and labor by doing this. It was unprofessional of Dennis to get upset when I asked for more detail on this extra work. Aside from that I'm very happy with the suspension upgrade I originally went in for.

No answer via the website at all. Not only does this non contact let the consumer down but also lets the poor employees down by missing out on a paying job. I have found this an issue with quite a few businesses who miss out purely because they don't check their email enquiries. Pretty slack of whoever should be checking.
