I bought something from Perth on the 9th, I check my tracking details on the 11th and it says they tried delivering it on the 10th but couldn’t find my house (I live in a complex), telling me to call customer services. So I did (at around 12pm), the ai on the other end sent me a link for a live chat, and the person there was very nice and helpful. I told them the instructions to get into the complex and to my house, and they said it’ll be 1-2 days. Next day, it comes in the morning. They actually left it at the door since the door was closed and I was sleeping (instead of leaving a card). Great service!! PS: the website I ordered from said 7-15 business days for shipping, and I would’ve gotten it in 1 if they found my house the first time, but I still got it in 3!!

Awesome effort from the guys that done my move. We moved from a 2storey and came to a unit up two flights of stairs and no complaints from them, good price and the lady on the phone that we spoke to to book in was vey nice as well, very good company, I will use again.
