One of the most frustrating businesses I have ever dealt with. Shocking customer service. Double check your booking confirmation and ensure that this shuttle service has booked the correct time for you if you choose to use them.

I got a bus transfer from the Mantra Terrace Hotel to Brisbane airport on the 28th of May and made my reservation online for approx $20 and the bus came on time (early in the morning about 6am). Punctual and easy. Be aware that while waiting for the bus i was approached by another bus company to transfer me to the airport but I didn't agree cause i already paid conxion, that same bus approached another couple of tourist in a nearby location and they took some money from them and refused to return it back
