Constant contact and arrived on all 3 occasions dead on time. No mess nor dust residue, workboots off and on throughout and a great guy. His attention to detail was second to none and we are gobsmacked with the tiling he did behind our slow combustion fireplace. We can’t speak highly enough of Jake’s tiling skill. He and Michael tiled our patio and we are delighted with the result, especially as there was some fiddly cutting to be done. They worked under trying circumstances with wet weather making things difficult, so they had to make return visits for what was really a small project by their standards. Jake even gave up some of his weekend family time to come and finish the job, which confirmed our opinion of his reliability. We engaged LLProjects to do 2 Bathrooms at the same time & we couldn’t be happier ! From the initial meeting, through onsite consultation, design, demolition (and the unknown curve ball along the way when everything is removed), to construction (including plumbing & electrical), tiling & final fit out then cleanup they were professional, responsive & always courteous.
