From the initial meeting, through onsite consultation, design, demolition (and the unknown curve ball along the way when everything is removed), to construction (including plumbing & electrical), tiling & final fit out then cleanup they were professional, responsive & always courteous. “We can’t speak highly enough of Jake’s tiling skill. He and Michael tiled our patio and we are delighted with the result, especially as there was some fiddly cutting to be done. They worked under trying circumstances with wet weather making things difficult, so they had to make return visits for what was really a small project by their standards. Jake even gave up some of his weekend family time to come and finish the job, which confirmed our opinion of his reliability. At the time, we were out and came home to find the grouting all done and the floor immaculate. Would certainly recommend his workmanship and work ethic. Bob and Val Benson Old Bar”
