Ask to see their butterfly collection — it's outstanding. It's always great visiting Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve. Their front desk staff are very helpful and full of information.

Mary Cairncross Scenic ReserveFor our anniversary a few months ago, my boyfriend and I spent a lovely two nights here. The room was beautiful. And even through a storm that knocked the power out, Julie gave us service that was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. It was an unforgettable holiday for me and my loved one. It was phenomenal. There was even enough food to keep us going for nearly the entire trip. Sorry for the late review, but we will definitely be coming back!

Fairhill Native Plants RetailFrom the moment you walk in the front door where you are greeted by happy and informative staff to wondering through the museum rooms filled with the amazing display of our heritage and items from all around the district. Everything is clean and a bonus on hot sticky days a chance to stay cool in the AC rooms while your there. So many rooms and out the back sheds more to see with some of the old sugar cane trains . They even have a room set up as an old post office. The best thing to do is go see this yourselves, I'm sure you wont be disappointed
