We have lived in Upper Coomera for over 4 yrs and this is the first time we have visited The Wattle. The staff were very friendly and helpful and advised that the place has just gone through a remodel.. it looks great. We ordered the fisherman’s basket and rump steak which were well priced. The food was cooked well and the salads were fresh which was great to see. Chips were awesome. The only negative was the prawns in the basket were a little tough but overall very happy. Glad we decided to give the place a go. Highly recommend a visit.

OMG, a great spot for breakfast. They have very nice range of meals to choose from. The staff are nothing short of amazing and the service is quick. Very clean too. Also has a great view! We keep coming back.

We recently had dinner at the Waterfire Restaurant at the Boat House Tavern for my birthday and it was wonderful, it's one of my favourite places to eat at, the food is always amazing! The service could be improved as sometimes there are not enough staff on and so it means you have to wait longer for your meals, although this means more drinking and socialising while you wait :)

They make a delicious steak and the serving sizes are generous, if that's whats you are after. The staff were quite rude and weren't willing to assist when questions asked. Table booked however we were left standing for over 10 minutes. Not happy when celebrating a family birthday. We also waited over 45 minutes for our meals and half of the table received meals then 30 minutes later the other meals arrived on our table. As a local I definitely will not return! Very disappointed.

The food was cooked well and the salads were fresh which was great to see. Chips were awesome. The only negative was the prawns in the basket were a little tough but overall very happy. Glad we decided to give the place a go. Highly recommend a visit.

OMG, a great spot for breakfast. They have very nice range of meals to choose from. The staff are nothing short of amazing and the service is quick. Very clean too. Also has a great view! We keep coming back.

We recently had dinner at the Waterfire Restaurant at the Boat House Tavern for my birthday and it was wonderful, it's one of my favourite places to eat at, the food is always amazing! The service could be improved as sometimes there are not enough staff on and so it means you have to wait longer for your meals, although this means more drinking and socialising while you wait :)

The Boathouse Tavern
Alot of food choices, it is a Tavern so if you expect just that you'll be happy, nice water view with boats. It's a good atmosphere.
