Ordered a simple burger of bun, patty, cheese and sauce. Got given a well undercooked patty (raw and cold) between 2 pieces of soggy untoasted bread (not a burger bun like the description and photo). Chips that came with the combo were frozen still in the center. Don’t waste your time ordering from Fins on Finnegan

Fish was extremely over cooked. Calamari was soggy and the young girl taking orders needs to work on her customer service. Her attitude was appalling.

My wife placed a phone order. All was good. Told 30-40min wait. No problems. Get to the shop at 40mins to be told they Havnt even started cooking the food yet. Staff was rude. Giving pathetic excuses. A lot of other angry customers in the area too said they had been waiting ages. Had never tried this shop before. Decided to give them a go. But after this experience we will never be trying them. Very poor customer service.

Worst service around! Mucked up my order twice, refused to make it right. A bone in the snapper, chips were soggy, overall the worst fish and chips you could ask for. Don't go here go somewhere else!!
