Ended up having morning tea at Social Grounds. It was a great find for us as we love good coffee and find it's hard to find. The coffee was perfect! Lovely roast and long palate. Nicely made as well. We had a cake as well which was really nice. Great location and really nice experience. I would definitely go back again when in the port area.

Chris and Andrew, the franchisees of the Port Macquarie Hog’s Breath Cafe have been in the family since 2006. ‘Andrew was a sales rep – he travelled up and down the coast all the time, and he chose to eat at Hog’s Breath when he travelled. So when the opportunity came up to open a store here, the brand was a perfect fit,’ said Chris. My partner and I had a lovely early dinner as we had been travelling and hadn't had lunch so we were starved. The staff were very obliging even though it was only 5pm! The meal was cooked exactly as we had asked and the desert was a beautiful Creme Brulee - beautiful! The Cabernet Sauvigon was very nice too! Thank you.

As a local, I eat here often. Barramundi has gone from $8 to $11 as now it's not imported. It seems a lot smaller, taste was different but I would rather the other than the new as the price rise doesn't justify the size.

You needn't bother going anywhere else for your craft or scrapbooking needs. Nicole is a delight - bubbly and nothing is too much trouble for her. They have a great array of bibs and bobs - stuff you can't always find anywhere else. Thoroughly recommend a visit.

Ended up having morning tea at Social Grounds. It was a great find for us as we love good coffee and find it's hard to find. The coffee was perfect! Lovely roast and long palate. Nicely made as well. We had a cake as well which was really nice. Great location and really nice experience. I would definitely go back again when in the port area.
