Owner/operators husband-and-wife team Shane and Jodie have been involved in the pizza and restaurant industry for over 20 years and have had several restaurants on the Sunshine Coast as well as back in Melbourne. Mooloolah River Fisheries owns and operates a commercial fishing and processing operation in the port of Mooloolaba, Queensland, Australia. Construction was completed and operations began in August 2002. The complex consists of a commercial fishing vessel marina, unloading wharf facilities, ice making plant, cold stores, a general processing factory, tuna pack house, fuel supply and retail seafood market. The facility holds both EU and HACCP accreditation with it's own Quality Assurance program. One year later The Colombian Coffee Co. opened its doors in 2015 and we never looked back! By roasting our own responsibly sourced, speciality coffee beans and prioritising quality and customer care we have been championed and embraced by the community in Mooloolaba where we opened our flagship café.
