Everyone I've had contact with in your organisation has gone 'above and beyond', from Gina's organising to Simon's brilliant service. Particular thanks to Simon, whose patience in explaining absolutely everything, despite having to work in the unsheltered westerly sun and 90% humidity, plus tailoring a solution to fit my budget, was really appreciated. Likewise for his patience while a new hose was fumbled out of its wrappings, for panel cleaning, which, as he said it would, has made a tremendous difference to panel productivity, even when overcast.
