Gold Coast Solar has done a couple of jobs for me now, first time fixing my inverter and then they returned to add some extra panels to my system to help me get the maximum savings from the system. Firstly, I was impressed with John who explained everything to us in plain English which we understood and without pressure. He did an excellent job. Then we received a call from your office saying your boys would be at our place at 7am on Monday 9th Feb 2015 to install the system. Having lived on the Gold Coast for 35 years I was more than happy when our doorbell rang at 7am to find your team standing there ready to start. The boys lead by Nathan were polite and did a fantastic job. I could not be more impressed with a team of tradesmen than the team you sent to do our installation. Everything was explained to us by Nathan again in a manner that we understood. Since then we have had a follow up call from your office and a call from John to check that we were satisfied. All this amounts to excellent service and one very happy customer. Very many thanks and congratulations on running a very efficient company.

I have dealt with GC Solar three to four times now for service on my installation (from another installer who has gone out of business) and at all times was extremely happy with their service and the end result. They have had several panels replaced under warranty at no cost to myself. Highly recommended. Jadon who handles the installations was great and Simon is the man for fault finding.
