I am writing to say how pleased Angie and I are with the Harcourts Townsville Property management and Sales team. We recently purchased an investment property at West End Townsville and the Harcourts team found the perfect tenant for us BEFORE the sale had even settled. This meant that we had the tenant installed and paying rent in the first week we took over the property. My wife and I have had rental properties for over 10 years now and we have never received such brilliant service. All of our dealings with Harcourts were pleasant and stress-free. We would thoroughly recommend Harcourts to any prospective investors/landlords and look forward to a long and happy partnership together.

Will not do what they are supposed to do. I had to get the airconditioners repaired in the rental house they "managed" and when I requested reimbusement for the cost, they continue to ignore, and duck the situation. Would never recommend this real estate to anyone.
