Very positive experience with Jamie (pool repair) and Emma (reception). We had difficult tenants and the agent (McGrath Gosford) who mismanaged the situation. The tenants used spa malfunction as a pretense for early termination of lease agreement - so we needed quick repair. On a very short notice Emma organized a visit of a pool specialist - even though they had already been booked for another job. Jamie came in, quickly identified and fixed the issue.
