Visited your wyoming store friday 11th november and spoke to Mick who was most helpful with my enquiry. Great customer service and would recommend to friends etc.

Very positive experience with Jamie (pool repair) and Emma (reception). We had difficult tenants and the agent (McGrath Gosford) who mismanaged the situation. The tenants used spa malfunction as a pretense for early termination of lease agreement - so we needed quick repair. On a very short notice Emma organized a visit of a pool specialist - even though they had already been booked for another job. Jamie came in, quickly identified and fixed the issue. Thank you Kewba - good job.

You don’t often encounter customer service these days, however, my personal experience with Kewba Pools has exceeded my expectations. I had an issue with my Chlorinator that another pool retailer did not assist, but the management of Kewba were prepared to do the hard yards. Unreliable and unprofessional! The guy that runs the business is extremely rude! Go with any other company, I can see why they have a bad name on the Coast, awful dealings with them.
