Saturday 29th July Squid starter was drowning in oil, my partner and I went through 20odd napkins soaking the grease out of our entree, squid was tender, but lost all taste to the oil. I had the lamb, which was over cooked, very fatty and dry. Not very much meat at all for a $22 shoulder. My partner had the ribs, and was up and down all night getting rid of them. We both immediately felt discomfort after eating our meals. .... Beer was also dirty tasting.

This place has lost its way. Bad food, over priced, can't get the gig dates right. Over all, bad taste in my mouth that Listerine wont wash away

Overall lovely dinner. Happened to stop into Greenhouse on our way through Coffs. The only thing I would have to mention that wasn't great is that we couldn't drag the kids away from their activities to eat their dinner! Was fantastic for families with energetic children. loved it.

I have been reluctant to visit Plantation Hotel as their reputation isn't the best but our experience was delightful. We went along for a family dinner and were pleasantly surprised. The meals were nice and the value for money was good. Will get along again sometime!
