Cooroy HotelBeen going there for 30 + years no complaints until last week both $30 steaks were over cooked, grisly big chunk of fat. No one wanted to know I’ve been told the steaks are prepared using sous vide and not cooked fresh. No idea if this is a fact though. We will try one more time if same disastrous meal we’ll order something else. Such a shame when used to be best steaks on coast.
