Been going there for 30 + years no complaints until last week both $30 steaks were over cooked, grisly big chunk of fat. No one wanted to know I’ve been told the steaks are prepared using sous vide and not cooked fresh. No idea if this is a fact though. We will try one more time if same disastrous meal we’ll order something else. Such a shame when used to be best steaks on coast.

Hi, Love the Palmwoods Hotel.Have been going for years and always enjoyed the food.Went last Sunday with visitors from Brizzy.And was so disappointed with the food, the service was great .Have you got a new chef.??? Everyone left there food , so sad when we have only good food.Trish.

Lovely lunch today, we always have the same meal, boring I know but steaks are cooked to perfection. Best pepper sauce anywhere. Staff are always friendly but today in particular Sam was a treasure! He was taking meal orders then sprinting across to serve drinks at the bar, then collected empty plates! He was so chatty and funny, thank you Sam look forward to meeting you in future

Yummy food reasonably priced. 2nd time there, always a fun time. Will be back soon for sure.
