Very poor after sales service. The pump on my spa broke, numerous calls were not returned, and even when the manager was in the shop he relayed a poor message via a colleague and didn’t have the courtesy to speak to me directly. They have no interest in solving my pump problem. Very poor attitude.

My pool filter broke down just before Christmas, and my normal pool shop could not fix it before the New Year (understandable given the time of year). However, David said he could install a new filter before Christmas, and true to his word he did install a new one with no great fuss or bother and in a very professional manner. He also discovered that the broken filter (that was 20 years old) was too small for the pool so with the new bigger filter our pool is looking great and is pleasure to use. Thank you David!!!!
