Nothing was too much trouble for Trina who explained the workings of the filter, plumbing and operation of the systems. I had a thousand questions and Trina answered them confidently. Trina gave me some great tips to help maintain the pool but...after such great and helpful service I have now booked Doug Allen Pools for a monthly service.
