Treats clients with no respect, has been looking after our property for a few years now, the moment the bill is transferred from the landlord to the tenant, he rings and accuses us of not paying our bill (when I paid straight away) and "tenants never pay their bills" I rang the company as soon as the bill was paid to notify them the money came will now be coming from myself and no longer the landlord etc, and he rings the landlord and complains. Does nothing but complain, obviously only cares about the $ and not the clients service. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!
