Where to start? *We're unable to meet the original schedule, so-called me to negotiate another date. *Arrived on time on the anointed day! *Took time to note the detail of what I was asking for. *Did all the work as requested in a timely and efficient way. *The office support was as good as the site work. Polite, friendly, and competent. Perfect. These guys were tops and showed professionalism not always seen when getting help. Top class, my experience was perfect.

Last job was all day outside on a 33 deg. day, and from initial contact, to reasonable quote through to the completion of the job they were the best. Highly recommended and my #1 goto plumbing service (subject to a still reasonable quote) for any future requirements.

This is the second system we have had from FNQ Hot Water and have had excellent service both time. We followed Henry's advice, for the 1st one and did not get the common model on the market at that time and were never disappointed. The first system, an Edwards, did not fail; it had to be removed as the house was pulled down. We rarely used a booster and had more hot water than needed. When we got the present system, he took the old one away free of charge. Great service. High recommend. He knows his product.
