I had a ground pipe that was bringing back flow into my carport when it rained. He taped a cap on it and did another small job which most me nearly $200. The taped cap didn’t solve the issue. So I asked him back to look for the cause and also asked that he fix the overflow from my gutter as there was a blocked pipe somewhere (which was related to the backflow to my carport). He replaced the underground pipe and throughout the job he shouted at his assistant. He left a mess when he filled the up ditch up. The back fill left a hollow at the side of house where water pooled when it rained. When I asked him to explain what he did to help me understand the drainage system, he brushed my invitation off with bravado talk, as if I wouldn’t understand. I paid someone to come and clean up the mess he made. I have not used him again,

Charged 120$ to drop by. Extreamly unprofessional, rude, obnoxiously loud and has no patience at all. These people probably makes more money doing call outs then doing the jobs. Overall, you get a rude, obnoxious person with absolutly no patience at all.

Charged $150 to drop by to see the job (when in the area) and $283.50 for a 10 minute job. Didn’t put sand around pipes but refilled with the old stones and brick pieces, so no doubt the pipes will split again, and left the site a mess. Do not use this plumber!
