Ed was called in to look at my stove due to a couple of issues. He did a fantastic job to rectify the problems. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. It was a relief to have solved the operating issues with my new stove. I wish that he had done the initial installation and these issues would not have arisen. I am extremely great full for the work he completed.

Efficient, Service Cant be beaten, costs clearly explained. TCP turn up when they say they will. In fact they were about 15 minutes early and waiting for us ! Job completed fast and did a great job. "J C" told us exactly what was done - clearly explained. Young Lady in the office was super efficient and lovely personality. They are coming to do a job tomorrow at our home. After a early morning phone call we had the pleasure of meeting JORDAN at the restaurant. In no time at all he had the appliance up and running. Great work, great service.
