For a "business" that claims to offer good customer service, I would say that is not true. The first I knew of what they claimed to have fixed was when I received a bill far in excess of any of their competitors. Months later, they still wont answer the question of should I get insurance involved. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. The only time I have ever spoken to them is when I emailed them to try to get photos of the work they claimed to have done. Surprise, surprise, when they provided photos, the interior ones were not of my house. Quickly explained as "that is a photo of our office". Great, but I don't need to know what their office looks like, and it really doesn't provide me with anything in relation to "my" bill. Any queries and they fall into the "if the bill isn't paid by so and so we will take action." Maybe that is great service in their world, but it is the worst I have ever encountered.
