Unfortunately, have found the service here very very below par. Staff are inconsistent, rude and lazy. Have been waiting on an urgent quote for 3 weeks and just keep being told "we are really busy". Although I try to support local business, will not be supporting this one.

Worst customer service ever. I run a real estate business and had booked these people to do a gas cert which is required by law for rental properties. I not only had the keys driven from cairns to Innisfail to have there for them, I had to drive 45 min each way to pick them up, all around the day they had said and booked for the job. Only to find out that they didn't even go do the job or consider ringing to let me know. When I had to chase up if the job had been done the girl on the phone was so rude and even hang up when I said that was bad and why couldn't have someone called. Would never ever recommend and would suggest that the girl answering the phone look up customer service.

For a "business" that claims to offer good customer service, I would say that is not true. The first I knew of what they claimed to have fixed was when I received a bill far in excess of any of their competitors. Months later, they still wont answer the question of should I get insurance involved. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. The only time I have ever spoken to them is when I emailed them to try to get photos of the work they claimed to have done. Surprise, surprise, when they provided photos, the interior ones were not of my house. Quickly explained as "that is a photo of our office". Great, but I don't need to know what their office looks like, and it really doesn't provide me with anything in relation to "my" bill. Any queries and they fall into the "if the bill isn't paid by so and so we will take action." Maybe that is great service in their world, but it is the worst I have ever encountered.
