Very happy with the quality of our vinyl flooring and carpet that we have just had installed. James and his team went out of their way to ensure that we were on track with colours and textures. We had marine-grade carpet laid on our outdoor area from Carpet Court. However, we had an issue with our carpet such that it required replacing. We spoke to Brendon at the Burleigh Heads branch and he handled everything. Brendon liaised with the supplier to replace the carpet; he organised the warranty claim; and the laying of the new carpet. The carpet layers were so efficient, it was done without any fuss. We highly recommend Brendon to anyone wishing to organise their flooring. His customer service was exceptional.
