Amazing Clean Gold CoastWe had marine-grade carpet laid on our outdoor area from Carpet Court. However, we had an issue with our carpet such that it required replacing. We spoke to Brendon at the Burleigh Heads branch and he handled everything. Brendon liaised with the supplier to replace the carpet; he organised the warranty claim; and the laying of the new carpet. The carpet layers were so efficient, it was done without any fuss. We highly recommend Brendon to anyone wishing to organise their flooring. His customer service was exceptional.

Burleigh Heads Carpet CourtWas recommended by a friend about this family business and decided to go through them. living in a holiday apartment had to get everything approved by the Body Corporate and liaise with the building manager and security office of works in my apartment Told by sales rep the job only going to take 3 days and promised it will be done by one of their best contractors after completion no damage to building and property.. 19 days later from the start of job still not finished communication between the sales rep and contractor to the client utterly nonexistent had to ring the company to find out if my flooring was finished and didn’t get a call back to let me know.. Damage to walls when taking the old skirting off and light covering in the kitchen mysteriously disappeared Hopefully this will get completed today and damage issues resolved.. No a happy client 😡😡😡

Totally FlooringAfter my last review Dan contacted me to apologise about the problem I was having not being able to open my shutters as they had been installed without a pelmet which meant they wouldn't open.fortunately they have now been fixed and I'm very happy after 2 years I have a view of the coast through both my bedroom windows.
