I have attended sessions of Physiotherapy and Pilates with Kathy Lawrence for nearly 30 years. Kathy and Catherine operate a professional and efficient practice. All staff are friendly and helpful and I recommend this practice to anyone requiring physio treatment or Pilates sessions.

My Dad attends a weekly exercise class. He is always welcomed with a smile and treated with respect and dignity. Jack is professional and is very aware of Dad's individual needs. I very much appreciate how he keeps an extra eye out and notices when Dad needs a little extra care. He works collaboratively with Dad's doctor to give wholistic medical care and listens to family members to ensure that Dad's exercise needs are well met. Even at 92 this service is servicing Dads physical and social needs well.
