Core stabilization is not only important to back injuries it also plays a vital role in providing a stable foundation for all other movements of the body. Hi, I'm Sarah. When I first started practising physiotherapy it had not occurred to me that the body could be a gateway for deep spiritual transformation and emotional healing. However when I started having my own injuries, illnesses and health challenges, things changed a lot. I began studying meditation, yoga and NLP, and something miraculous happened.
