I want my clients to learn how to correct their posture and stabilize the spine to both prevent and recover from injury. Core stabilization is not only important to back injuries it also plays a vital role in providing a stable foundation for all other movements of the body. I am an experienced physiotherapist with over 16 years in private practice treating a variety of musculoskeletal injuries. In addition I have worked with triathlon/running clubs and various sporting teams over the years, treating a variety of acute and overuse sporting injuries.
