Rapid Spin Cairns was able to sort out problems I had with several home made holiday videos, which previously had been working ok. Despite my cleaning of them and the machine on which they were being played they continued to be faulty, this was disappointing as I intended making copies via my computer program. Rapid Spin Video Cairns came to the rescue, and with their expertise and programs were able to make the copies I required. Their personnel were very friendly and professional. I will certainly be visiting them again.
