Happy Tails looked after my cat Penny for 9 days. What a wonderful experience. From the first contact I felt comfortable, the carer was wonderful, very thorough in finding out what my requirements were and the main thing was Penny was happy and relaxed when I got home. Pictures and regular updates were sent to me so I was aware of what was happening and could see that nothing was getting missed. As Penny is raw fed, this was a main concern for me as it can be a hassle sometimes mixing her food and getting the ratios right but for Happy Tails it wasn't a problem at all. I would definitely use Happy Tails again and would highly recommend. It was very obvious to me that there is a genuine love of animals and understanding of how owners feel when they leave their pets and how they want their pets to be looked after. Excellent communication also in ensuring you are happy and comfortable with everything. I honestly cant speak highly enough of their service.
