BEST Pest Control in Merewether NSW 2291

Arranged pest control at our 2 story home in Medowie. I was clearly quoted over the phone for 2 story home at a fixed cost, all windows and eves would be treated for spider web. None of the 6 upstairs windows were sprayed, although when my husband asked, the tradesman got his step ladder & sprayed in the direction of one upstairs window, which didn’t reach the window but sprayed all over the wall. The tradesman told my husband he wouldn’t be covered for workers compensation working on the roof, at which my husband paid him, got the receipt, which my husband did not sign as the work agreed was not done and was totally misrepresented by the tradesman! He also ran his service vehicle over our verge garden destroying a feature entrance scrub. I rang him tonight to complain, he just hung up the phone! This tradesman cannot be trusted to do as he represents.

I had a great experience with this business. I dealt with Wayne and Kevin and both were fantastic. I will be a continue to be a customer and I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring pest control services. The manner in which they dealt with the my issue and the circumstances involved was exceptional.

Sam and Bernie have just managed to get the wiliest possum in Newcastle out of hour roof. It has taken a number of visits, but they don't give up. They treat the animal with care, and are knowledgeable and ethical in their work.
