G-Fit Townsville :: Personal Training, Circuit Classes and Boot Camps for everyone :: Commit to be Fit! A G-FIT circuit class is a high intensity cardio and strength workout that will get you fully energised. Each class is 1 hour in duration and consists of a quality warm up, a variety of high intensity exercise stations and a whole group warm down. A Bootcamp is a type of group physical training conducted in a social and motivating environment. Bootcamps are designed to build strength and aerobic fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over the course of 1 hour. G-FIT Bootcamps go 3 Sessions a week for 8 weeks. G-Fit Townsville also offers Personal Training, Kids Training and training for Sporting Teams.
