A Bootcamp is a type of group physical training conducted in a social and motivating environment. Bootcamps are designed to build strength and aerobic fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over the course of 1 hour. G-FIT Bootcamps go 3 Sessions a week for 8 weeks. G-Fit Townsville also offers Personal Training, Kids Training and training for Sporting Teams.
