It has been a while since being a part of a gym, kids tend to slow you down and suck up that precious you time. I have just made use of the creche and started back at the gym and Nambour Gym have been an amazing motivator. They have lots of different aerobic classes which suits me perfectly. A high energy positive place to be, feeling healthier and happier already...thanks!
Ive been training with Andrew for over 2 years now, & believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers on the Coast. After a couple of changes in my life 2 yrs ago I needed to put myself first again. Andrew has & continues to stay focused on helping me achieve my goals & makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased & Ive seen improvements in my ability to complete more core exercises, lift gradually heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session as well as seeing the results in the mirror. I find I actually look forward to my workouts & it wasn't long and I was training two nights a week with Andrew.
My job can be stressful from day to day & I treat my training as a catch up with a friend who not only trains me to build my strength, tone & achieve my personal goals but a great way to de-stress & chat with a friend who offers support.
