I’ve been training with Kasey at power plate studios for nearly 5 months now. I’m enjoying my sessions so much that it’s become apart of my weekly routine of 3 times a week. I have never exercised this much before in my life, and I love it! Kasey really listens to you to find the program that works best for your personal needs. I have had bad knees for over 10 years. Since training with Kasey I have lost weight and strengthened the supporting muscles around my knees which has pushed back my need for knee replacement surgery. I would highly recommend power plate studios for anyone. Kasey is a very kind intuitive soul who really cares about her clients.
