A G-FIT circuit class is a high intensity cardio and strength workout that will get you fully energised. Each class is 1 hour in duration and consists of a quality warm up, a variety of high intensity exercise stations and a whole group warm down. A Bootcamp is a type of group physical training conducted in a social and motivating environment. Bootcamps are designed to build strength and aerobic fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over the course of 1 hour. G-FIT Bootcamps go 3 Sessions a week for 8 weeks. G-Fit Townsville also offers Personal Training, Kids Training and training for Sporting Teams.

We provide Massage and Personal Training to Townsville residents and visitors. With four years experience and knowledge of both studies, you are in safe and good hands.
